Sloppy cheesesteak sliders Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 kaiser rolls
- 1 Garlic clove, minced
- bread and butter pickles
- 1 red onion, diced
- 1/2 c. guacamole
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c. crushed tomatoes
- 6 oz. shredded milk cheddar
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef sirloin
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 2 c. arugula
- 1/4 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
Directions
- Over medium heat, cook half of onion and garlic in a large skillet for 2 minutes. Stir in chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar and dry mustard. From medium, increase the heat to high and cook the beef for about 5 minutes till it gets brown. Cook for another 2 minutes after adding crushed tomatoes.
- Place the Kaiser rolls on serving plates by cutting them in half. With the sloppy joe mixture, mix the cheese after turning the heat off. Divide the mixture evenly between 4 rolls. Top it with arugula, a dollop of guacamole, remaining red onion, cherry tomatoes and pickles.
