Sriracha Turkey Burger Recipe

Ingredients
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 4 slices pepper jack
- Sriracha
- 2 ripe avocados
- 4 turkey burger patties
- 2 garlic cloves
- Kosher salt
- 1/2 onion
- Juice of 1 large lime
Directions
- Over grill pan over high heat. Take the burger patties, season them with pepper and salt and then grill for about 6 minutes from each side till they become pink. To this, add cheese and leave it for a minute to melt.
- Mash avocados in a small bowl until they are smooth. Stir in garlic, onion and lime juice and season it with salt.
- Now to assemble the burger, first take the patty and top the bun with it. With the mixture of mashed avocado, spread the patty and drizzle it with Sriracha.
