Garlicky Chicken Piccata Recipe

Ingredients to be used in this healthy chicken recipe
• 5 tbsp. butter
• 1/4 c. white wine
• Freshly ground black pepper
• Flour
• 1 head of garlic
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 1/4 c. capers
• 4 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
• 1/3 c. Chopped parsley
• 2 boneless skinless chicken
• Kosher salt
• 1/4 c. chicken stock
How to prepare delicious Garlicky Chicken Piccata?
1. Up to the temperature of 400°F, preheat the oven.
2. Roasted garlic prep: Slice about ¼“ of the top of the garlic head. With olive oil, drizzle the cut side and roast it for about 40 minutes till golden brown. Remove the cloves after it cools down.
3. Season the chicken with pepper and salt and scour in flour.
4. Heat 4 tbsp’s of butter and olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Cook chicken for 3 minutes from each side in batches till brown. Remove it from heat and set it aside.
5. Sauce: take white wine and deglaze the pan with it. Add capers, chicken stock and lemon juice and stir the mixture. Bring it to boil after adding toasted garlic. Season it with pepper and salt.
6. Simmer the chicken for about 5 minutes after it in sauce. Add remaining butter in the last minute.
7. Garnish chicken with parsley and serve over pasta.

• 4 bone-in chicken
• Chopped fresh parsley
• 1/4 c. dry white wine
• Freshly ground black pepper
• 2 tbsp. butter
• 3 cloves garlic
• Kosher salt
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
• 2 tbsp. capers
• 1 lemon
How to prepare mouthwatering Chicken Piccata?
1. Heat oil over medium high heat in a large skillet. Season the chicken with pepper and salt and cook it for about 8 minutes from each side till golden. Take a plate and transfer the chicken in it. Reduce the heat to low and from the skillet, remove half of the chicken juices.
2. Add butter, garlic, lemon juice, white wine and capers to the skillet and simmer it. Return the chicken to skillet after adding lemon slices in it. Simmer the chicken for 5 minutes in sauce, garnish with parsley and serve it.
