Strawberry Pasta Salad Recipe

Ingredients

• 1/4 c. sliced almonds
• Kosher salt
• 1 c. crumbled feta
• 1 lb. penne
• Freshly ground black pepper
• 3 c. baby spinach
• Balsamic glaze
• 2 c. sliced strawberries

Directions

1. Boil salted water in a large pot and as per the instructions given on packet, cook rigatoni. Transfer to a large bowl after draining.
2. Add feta, spinach, almonds and strawberries till well combined, toss it. Season it with pepper and salt.
3. Serve after drizzling with balsamic glaze.
