Why this puppy is chained for 10 days?

The cruelty of humans knows no bounds. When someone said that Duke had a disease and was highly contagious, they chained him. A mere puppy of 10 months, Duke was chained to a ramshackle trailer and was left alone, no one went near him.

There was no one for him or with him for days. Duke had to spend 10 excruciating days huddled under the broken down shelter outside a Bulgarian village. He had to suffer the cruelest kind of quarantine.  A solitary confinement. He was left alone to die.  Someone had called him untouchable and so he was chained. The poor animal had no one to speak for him.
