DIY Homemade Cough Syrup!
There are two homemade recipes for Cough Syrup which are described below:
Honey has antioxidant and antimicrobial properties which help in fighting upper respiratory tract infections. It helps in calming a cough by soothing the throat.
Lemon have antibacterial and antiviral qualities and it also contain the vitamin C. Lemon helps in boosting the immune system and also helps in combating colds and suppressing coughs.
Ginger helps in relieving coughing because it contains the component called oleoresin. It also relieves sore throat.
Glycerine has demulcent properties which help in soothe coughing and a sore throat.
